Sean “Diddy” Combs has been hit with yet another sexual assault lawsuit as he awaits trial on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering.

A woman named Ashley Parham filed a lawsuit on Tuesday, October 15, accusing Diddy, 54, and several other men of assaulting her in a “violent gangbang style rape” after she suggested that Diddy had something to do with Tupac Shakur’s murder.

In court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Parham recalled meeting a friend of Diddy’s at a bar in February 2018. The friend began FaceTiming Diddy in an attempt to “impress” patrons at the establishment.

Parham then said out loud that she was “not impressed” as she “believed [Diddy] had something to do with the murder” of Shakur, who died at age 25 in September 1996 after being shot four times by an unknown gunman. Parham alleged that Diddy then said she would “pay” for her statements about Shakur.

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been named in a fourth sexual assault lawsuit, Us Weekly can confirm. An anonymous plaintiff sued Diddy, 54, in the United States District Court in the Southern District of New York on Wednesday, December 6. Jane Doe alleged that she was sex-trafficked and gang-raped by the music mogul in 2008, according […]

One month later, the same friend of Diddy’s invited Parham over to his apartment. Diddy later arrived with his bodyguard, another man and two women, Parham recalled. She claimed that Diddy “began to antagonize her,” reiterating that she would “pay” for her statements the month prior. The rapper allegedly then held a knife to Parham’s face and threatened to give her a “Glasgow smile,” a wound caused by cutting a person’s mouth in the shape of a smile.

Parham then recounted the brutal assault that allegedly took place, which she claimed began with Diddy telling one of the women to insert an IUD into her. The woman allegedly had an argument with Diddy, telling him that the IUD had been “prematurely released” from its packaging and therefore couldn’t be used effectively.

Parham claimed the two women then exited the residence, leaving her alone with Diddy and the three other men, whom she alleged took turns “violently raping” her. At one point, Diddy began “violently raping” Parham with a television remote, she claimed.

INF/INSTAR Sean “Diddy” Combs has been under investigation for at least a year after being accused of sexual assault by multiple people. The rapper and music mogul, 54, made headlines in November 2023 after his ex-girlfriend Cassie accused him of sexual abuse in a bombshell lawsuit. She accused Diddy of beating her, forcing her to […]

Parham also stated that she “repressed” her alleged experience with Diddy “until recently,” citing Cassie and other women coming forward with their stories as her reason for speaking out now.

Cassie, 38, who dated Diddy on and off from 2007 to 2018, sued the music mogul in November 2023, accusing him of sexual and physical abuse throughout their relationship. Diddy vehemently denied the allegations, and the exes settled the suit one day later.

In May, CNN released video footage from 2016 of Diddy knocking Cassie to the ground near an elevator at the InterContinental Hotel in Century City, Los Angeles, before kicking her and dragging her down the hallway. He subsequently apologized for his “inexcusable” behavior captured in the video.

“It’s difficult to reflect on the darkest times in your life, sometimes you gotta do that,” he wrote via Instagram. “I was f—ed up. I mean, I hit rock bottom but I make no excuses.”

Cassie is just one of multiple alleged victims that have spoken out against Diddy in the last year. In September, Diddy was arrested and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution. He will remain in custody until his trial begins in May 2025 despite appealing the decision to deny him bail three times. Diddy has denied all the charges against him.

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing another sexual assault lawsuit less than one week after ex-girlfriend Cassie made similar allegations. A woman named Joi Dickerson-Neal filed a lawsuit against Diddy, 54, on Thursday, November 23, in New York Supreme Court, claiming that the music mogul “drugged, sexually assaulted and abused” her back when she was a […]

Diddy’s latest lawsuit comes after Tupac’s brother, Mopreme Shakur, said during a Friday, October 11, appearance on Piers Morgan Uncensored that his family’s decision to open a new investigation into Tupac’s unsolved murder is “not about [Diddy] specifically.”

Suspicions that Diddy was somehow involved in the 1996 drive-by shooting are not new. He has denied the claims, calling them “beyond ridiculous and completely false” in a 2008 statement.

“Neither Biggie [the late Notorious B.I.G., a.k.a. Christopher Wallace] nor I had any knowledge of any attack before, during or after it happened. It is a complete lie to suggest that there was any involvement by Biggie or myself,” Diddy said at the time.
