Tornadoes, storm surge, flooding: See latest watches, warnings associated with Hurricane Debby


As Hurricane Debby approaches landfall in Florida’s Big Bend, various watches and warnings have been issued across the state, including tornado watches.

Landfall occurred at 7 a.m. Monday near Steinhatchee.

A state of emergency is in effect for 61 of Florida’s 67 counties.

Debby is expected to bring 6 to 12 inches of rain to Florida, with some areas seeing up to 18 inches.
