Madison LeCroy dropped a bombshell about her husband, Brett Randle, and his health during the latest episode of Southern Charm.

“Unfortunately, Brett was diagnosed with thyroid cancer toward the end of last year. Around our one-year wedding anniversary,” Madison, 34, revealed during the Thursday, December 12, episode of the Bravo series, confirming he got sick in fall 2023. “I thought, ‘Like, how? I’m finally happy.’ And it’s just scary.”

The reality star, who married Brett in November 2022, explained that her husband, 38, underwent surgery to remove a “three-centimeter nodule” which eradicated the cancer. However, she said that Brett is “now having complications.”

“I feel like we can’t catch a f—ing break,” Madison confessed.

Fans got a glimpse at Brett’s health complications as he and Madison made pancakes for her son, Hudson, on the show. (Madison shares Hudson, 12, with ex-husband Josh Hughes.)

“How are you feeling Brett?” Madison asked her spouse after he coughed in the kitchen. “Pretty good,” he replied. After Madison inquired about his swallowing, Brett said he needs to see a “specialist” and may have to do therapy to help.
