The Announcement:
Mario Sultana and his wife Karen Elliott have rebranded to Aurora Property, marking a significant milestone in Aurora’s growth strategy.
The team will continue to focus on Brisbane’s inner-north marketplace, including Newmarket, Kelvin Grove, Grange and surrounds.
This strategic move follows Aurora Property’s organic doubling of its sales division over the past 90 days.
Mr Sultana and Ms Elliott established their office in 2009, building it into a powerhouse that consistently delivers $35-50 million in property sales monthly and approximately 400 settlements annually.
“I’ve been impressed with Aurora’s marketing, systems and procedures and they’ve made the move as seamless as possible,” Mr Sultana said.
“We have a lot of experience in our team – people who have been in the area for 10-15 years – and will carry our relationships and knowledge into Aurora.”
Aurora Property Partner and Director of Sales for Queensland, Charles Higgins, expressed enthusiasm about the new partnership.
“They’re a trusted partner for sellers in a dynamic inner-city market that attracts entry-level buyers, upgraders and premium $3m plus purchasers,” Mr Higgins said.
“We’re thrilled Mario and Karen recognise the growth opportunities we can offer their agents and property managers.”
Director of Aurora Group, Summer Wang, said it was a significant of the move.
“The team has many loyal clients with whom they’ve developed longstanding relationships,” Ms Wang said.
“We’re looking forward to working alongside their sales agents and property managers, adding value to the service they’ve become known for.”
The expansion comes as Brisbane’s property market gains momentum ahead of the 2032 Olympics and Paralympics, with the city set to benefit from significant public and private investment.
