GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — Back in September a Jeep Grand Cherokee veered off the road on Highway 6 and 50 striking a Colorado Department of Transportation truck and continuing to hit two CDOT workers killing them both.
The passenger of the Jeep of the driver was also killed.
On Wednesday 59-year-old Patrick James Sneddon was arrested and charged with:

Three counts of vehicular homicide-while Driving Under the influence of alcohol or one or more drugs or both such conduct was the proximate cause of a death to another person

Two counts of failure to yield right of way to a stationary public service utility vehicle resulting in death (felony, move over law)

Failure to drive in single lane (weaving)

Driving vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs or both
