Brianna “Chickenfry” LaPaglia is setting the record straight about those dating rumors.
The “BFFs” podcast host sparked dating speculation over the weekend after she shared a video of her enjoying the sunrise in New York City with a mystery man.
On Monday, November 18, LaPaglia, 25, shared a Daily Mail headline via TikTok that declared she was moving on following her “ugly split from Zach Bryan” and was in a “new romance.”
“You guys think I’m ever gonna have a boyfriend again?” she said in the video. “I am in intensive therapy.”
LaPaglia went on to clarify that the person she was spotted with was just visiting New York — and it wasn’t anything serious.
“I said in my video before that, I’m hanging out with a guy. He’s going back to Australia. I’m never gonna see him again,” she said. “Am I not allowed to live a little? Am I not allowed to smooch a little?”

On Sunday, November 17, LaPaglia set tongues wagging when she shared a video of her cozying up to an unidentified man.
“Sometimes all you need is a nyc sunrise and some good pals,” she captioned the TikTok video set to Taylor Swift’s “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart.”
One commenter noted, “That was fast,” seemingly referring to LaPaglia moving on from her ex.
“Well I was cheated on my whole relationship so yeah,” the Barstool Sports personality hit back.
Bryan, 28, announced his split from LaPaglia via Instagram last month. “Addressing something: Brianna and me have broken up with eachother [sic] and I respect and love her with every ounce of my heart,” he shared in a statement October 22. “She has loved me unconditionally for a very long time and for that I’ll always thank her.”
He continued: “I’ve had an incredibly hard year personally and struggled through some pretty severe things. I thought it would be beneficial for both of us to go out different ways. I am not perfect and never will be.”
For her part, LaPaglia said she was “blindsided” by the country singer’s public breakup announcement.
During an episode of the “BFFs” podcast earlier this month, LaPaglia alleged that Bryan was emotionally abusive during their relationship. She also claimed she was offered $12 million to sign a nondisclosure agreement (NDA) to keep quiet about their relationship. LaPaglia said she turned down the money.
Bryan has yet to speak publicly about her claims. Us Weekly has reached out for comment several times.
