Leanne Nehme has moved her LJ Hooker agency to a new location in Bella Vista, rebranding as LJ Hooker Bella Vista.
The Announcement:
LJ Hooker is continuing to gain momentum in Sydney’s northwest with the unveiling of LJ Hooker Bella Vista.
Licensee-in-Charge and Senior Sales Executive Leanne Nehme has rebranded and relocated her former LJ Hooker agency in Baulkham Hills to a new location in the CircaRetail Shopping Centre in the heart of Bella Vista.
The new office will also focus on surrounding suburbs including Glenwood, Kings Langley and Norwest.
“Our business was naturally progressing into these high-growth areas, and it made sense to make the change now,” Ms Nehme said.
“The Sydney Metro opening has given commuters a direct line to the CBD, so there will be a lot more development and movement around these suburbs.
“LJ Hooker is the most recognised brand in real estate and after 10 successful years with the network, it made sense to go on this next chapter together. Their services and support also benefit customers.”
LJ Hooker Head of Network Australia Chris Keating congratulated Leanne on the new office opening in Bella Vista, outlining how it further strengthens the brand’s prominence in area, joining nearby offices in Dural, Box Hill and Schofields.
“It is important for businesses to be a step ahead to capitalise on exciting new infrastructure such as the Metro extension in Sydney’s northwest and the upcoming Western Sydney Airport at Badgerys Creek,” Mr Keating said.
“These areas are experiencing rapid population growth as homebuyers look for affordability and accessibility close to transport hubs.
“LJ Hooker has been a long-time collaborator with property developers, contributing to the growth of new housing projects across Australia, so it is important to have a presence in these high-growth areas.”
Plans are underway for a specialist medical facility in Bella Vista, while a new golf and leisure centre opened at the end of last year.
The sleek new LJ Hooker Bella Vista office is positioned next to the local Woolworths and features extensive glazing and an open-plan boardroom.
Ms Nehme is also looking to recruit three local sales specialists to the team.
“Even though we are part of a big-name brand, the office has a totally different vibe from our old one, it has more of a boutique feel,” she said.
“We like that we are positioned next to the supermarket. We have 5,000 LJ Hooker shopping bags so if anyone has forgotten their own, they can come in, pick up a few and say ‘hello’.”
